Patrick’s role is to build an alliance of partner institutions including corporations, foundations, and public sector agencies to support GLP's work and expansion through engagements that include donations, materials, and volunteerism. He also supports GLP management and planning.
Patrick brings 18 years of experience in program and organizational management and nonprofit business development to GLP. Before joining GLP, he was Director of Business Development at Grameen Foundation, a U.S.-based micro-finance network. Previously, he served in the Bids & Proposals unit at AED for five years. He has also worked as a Contract Administrator at AED and as a nonprofit administrator, project finance manager, and project backstop at other organizations.
Patrick graduated from Georgetown University and American University where he studied international development, economics, and African affairs. He is a French speaker who has worked in Africa, LAC, Asia, and NIS.
He is a long-time DC resident, dog lover, volunteer math tutor, and former Peace Corps Volunteer.
