The PanAf ObservatoryBlog|by Melissa Beuoy on 21 October 2009 Improved Internet connectivity across Africa is paving the way for greater use of ICT in education. The Panafrican Research Agenda on the Pedagogical Integration of Information and Communications Technologies (PanAf) strives to study how the pedagogical integration of ICTs can enhance the quality of teaching and learning in Africa. It works with a variety of partners and education faculties in eleven countries across Africa. The Pan-African Observatory on ICT use in education supports the project as an “open knowledge-sharing resource for research on the pedagogical integration of ICT.” The Observatory functions as a repository for practitioners and researchers to share development research, knowledge, and data.
